1. The company will not make any refund for missed meals, unused stays, transportation, sightseeing tours, and other services. No exchanges are available for the same as well.
2. The allocation of the room will be completely dependent on the availability of rooms in the hotel at the time of your check-in. The allocation will be decided by the specific room category mentioned in your information voucher.
3. The company will make no refund if the client does not like the room.
4. If the cost of the room arises due to natural calamities then it should be paid by the client on the spot.
Any amendment of the booking will get considered as cancellation. Only minor amendments can be made by paying communication charges. The communication charges may vary based on the different cases.
1. Refunds will be paid to the used source to make the payment.
2. The refund will take at least 15 days to be processed. It will be sent to the client by a/c payee cheque only.
3. Any refund will not be paid against any unutilized service, whatever the reason.
1. Cancellation should be notified to us by mail or fax.
2. Only communication charges will be Rs. 2000 per person 30 or more days before departure.
3. Due to weather conditions, covid restrictions, and government restrictions, some activities may get canceled. We will try to offer an alternate activity in such cases. But no refund shall be generated for the same.
4. All our cancellation rules are mentioned above. But we will try our best to make our cancellation charges minimal for you.
30-15 days before departure: 30% of the tour cost will get charged as the cancellation
14-07 days prior to departure: 60% of the tour cost will get charged as the cancellation
07-01 days before departure: 100% of the tour cost will get charged as the cancellation
